Business Transactions

We assist our individual and small business clients in all kinds of transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, drafting agreements, assisting in collections, commercial leases, real estate purchases, sales contracts, licensing agreements and other business transactions.

When a business is starting up, we can assist clients in choosing the best form for their business, establishing limited liability companies (LLCs), partnerships, corporations and non-profit organizations. Business Litigation
