Construction Law

We represent clients in various construction law matters, including drafting contracts, contract review, mechanic’s liens and lien waivers, construction services, construction contract document preparation, tender and acceptance procedures, contract administration, issues related to incorporation, lease and sale document preparation and filing, and resolution of any construction-related disputes that may arise.

Construction Litigation

We have extensive experience representing parties as both plaintiffs and defendants in various aspects of construction litigation, including claims for deficiencies in completed projects, delay claims, claims for extras and disputed change orders, surety claims, failure to disclose, defect claims, claims by and against, architects, engineers, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

We have particular experience representing contractors and subcontractors in complex, multi-unit construction defect claims involving many parties and defendants.  Our experience and knowledge of the construction and real estate business provides us with particular insight into how these cases proceed and we have the experience and resources to manage these kinds of cases effectively.
