Biography:

Doug’s practice focuses on virtually all aspects of business and real estate law, with particular emphasis in the areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation, real estate, and landlord/tenant litigation.

A graduate of the University of North Dakota, Doug received his law degree With Distinction from that institution in 1997.  While in law school, he served as a member of the Law Review and an officer of the Delta Theta Phi legal fraternity.   Doug also attended the University of Denver College of Law and the University of Oslo, Norway, Faculty of Law.

Doug is admitted to practice in all of Colorado’s trial and appellate courts, and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.

He is a member of the American, Colorado and Arapahoe County Bar Associations.
