Biography:


Scott focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, business, and construction transactions and litigation for a wide variety of clients.

A Denver native, Scott received a Boettcher Scholarship in 1974 and attended The Colorado College in Colorado Springs, where he graduated in 1977 magna cum laude with Distinction in History.  Scott received his law degree from The University of Denver College of Law in 1980.

Scott is admitted to practice in all of Colorado’s trial and appellate courts and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.  He has also been specially admitted to appear in federal court cases in Minnesota and Florida.

Scott is a member of the American, Colorado and Arapahoe County Bar Associations.
