    CONTRACTOR STOLE MONEY:  Represented homeowners against contractor and his construction company.  Legal action brought under construction trust fund statute.  Judgment entered in excess of $1 million dollars.  Contractor convicted in separate criminal proceeding and sentenced to jail.

    CONTRACTOR ACCUSED OF STEALING MONEY:  Represented contractor against claims that contractor stole money.  Establish that money and materials were used in the project and contractor did not misappropriate monies or overcharge owner.

    MECHANICS LIEN FORCLOSURE:  Represented contractor in placing mechanics lien on property.  Commence lawsuit for recover of money and foreclosure of mechanics lien.  Obtain full payment plus attorney fees and court costs.
