Free Initial Consultation

We believe that you shouldn’t have to pay up front to find out whether you might have a case, or whether we are the right law firm to suit your needs.  Unlike other law firms, we don’t charge an hourly fee or flat rate for initial consultation.  We offer clients free telephone, email/internet, or in person consultations.  If we need to see documents to complete the consultation, we’ll request those from you and perform an initial review – without charge.   We also strive to provide each client with an estimate of what it will cost to handle your issue.  We’ll let you know exactly what our rate will be and when we’ll start charging so that there are no “surprise bills.”

The firm strives to build long term relationships with our individual and business clients, making us better able to see how a particular transaction or resolution of a dispute fits into our clients’ larger goals. 

Conveniently located in the Denver Tech Center, we are able to provide a full range of legal services to our business and entrepreneur clients.  When a client is starting a business, we can assist in the business formation by helping clients determine the best form of organization for their business.   Often serving in the role of “corporate counsel” to our business clients, we can advise clients on most legal matters that arise, including liability issues, real estate purchase or lease agreements, contract drafting and review, all kinds of trial and transactional work, collections, business planning, purchase and sale of businesses, strategic planning, and other legal needs.   When disputes arise, we help clients resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation.

Real Estate

We have experience representing businesses and real estate investors with the drafting and negotiating residential and commercial contracts, sales and leases, and resolving conflicts that arise in an efficient, effective manner.

Construction

We represent clients in various construction law matters, including drafting contracts, contract review, mechanic’s liens and lien waivers, construction services, tender and construction contract document preparation, tender and acceptance procedures, contract administration, issues related to incorporation, lease and sale document preparation and filing, and resolution of any construction-related disputes that may arise.

Complex Litigation

We have enjoyed great success representing individuals and companies in large, complex disputes, particularly multi-party construction defect litigation, contract, and real estate litigation.  Our collaborative approach means we can bring the necessary resources and expertise to help clients succeed.
